To be a self-governing and organized body
: (1) The trade union shall be a self-governing and organized body with inalienable succession.
(2) The trade union shall have a separate seal for the purposes of its operations.
(3) The trade union can acquire, use, sell or otherwise arrange movable and immovable property like a person.
(4) A trade union can file a complaint in its own name like an individual and a complaint can also be filed against a trade union in the same name.
